Bruny Island Day Out
Yoga on the beach
Walk along the spectacular Cape Queen Elizabeth track
Enjoy the company of fellow Santosha Yoga students
Indulge in some of Bruny's fabulous produce
Extend that January holiday-feel with an adventure on Bruny Island on January 20, 2019. Fresh air and spectacular scenery will be your setting for yoga, hiking and connecting with a fun group of like-minded people.
Catch the 9am ferry to Bruny Island from Kettering
Enjoy yoga and meditation on the beach, with time to swim or relax
This is a relatively easy walk, about 4 hours round trip (but add another hour for yoga)
Stop off at the cheese and/or oyster place because by then we will be hungry!
Head back to Kettering and onwards to home
In order to make this as affordable as possible and flexible to suit various budgets, the event cost will cover the activities, but we will share the cost of transport and any meals we might have.
The Cape Queen Elizabeth track has stunning views and interesting rock formations. The track is graded easy, is 12km return if we walk the full length, and the time to walk the track (not including stopping for yoga) is between 3 and 4 hours depending on our pace.
Time & Date: Sunday 20 January 2019 - meet at Kettering Hall at 8.30am
Location: Bruny Island, Tasmania
Transport (although car pooling will be encouraged)
Any meals (we will visit somewhere to eat based on the group's preference)

I have public liability and professional indemnity insurance that covers injuries or accidents associated with teaching yoga. Your participation in the walk and any non-yoga activities is at your own risk. However rest assured I am first aid trained and will bring a first aid kit. Your acceptance of a ride in someone else's vehicle and transport on the ferry is also at your own risk.
