Rejuvenate and connect at a coastal yoga retreat this Spring
Indulge in a rejuvenating weekend yoga retreat as you escape to the breathtaking beauty of Tasmania's East coast. Join us at Hamptons on the Bay this Spring for a memorable experience that combines yoga, great food, and getting out in nature.
Imagine prioritising yourself and your own needs for a whole weekend. Whether you crave alone time or welcome the opportunity to connect with like-minded souls, there will be something on offer for introverts and extroverts alike.
Santosha Yoga Australia retreats are inclusive, accessible and welcoming for everyone, but especially for people who feel intimidated by many of the mainstream portrayals of yoga.
There are no strict regimes (everything is optional), nothing too woo woo, and there will be people of varying ages, abilities and experience (at yoga, but also at life).
We will do yoga, meditation, breathwork, workshops and other activities, but of course you have the freedom to choose to participate in as little or as much as you like.
In your free time you might choose to rest and relax, go for walks or a swim, socialise in the living area or have alone time in a garden nook or in your room.
The luxury residence will be our headquarters, with fabulous views out to the water. There is a big deck to do outside yoga and meditation and the main living area has numerous couches and day beds to relax on. Or you can retreat to the privacy of your own cabin (private and shared options available).
We will be nourished by the delectable cooking of our own private chef, Courtney, who is as popular on our retreats for her food as for her joy and infectious laughter.
Danielle has led multiple retreats over the last 7 years. She treasures the opportunity to deep-dive into the richer and more subtle practices of yoga. Danielle will share how to embed these practices off the mat and into your daily life.
This retreat is designed for you if:

Attending a retreat with Danielle is much more than an act of self-care. It's an opportunity to take a pause from life and reconnect with our selves, our needs, our feelings, our bodies - all the while surrounded by kind and simply wonderful new friends. Alex
Attending a yoga retreat is something I never imagined myself doing. It has exceeded my expectations. Danielle is a wonderful teacher that focuses on the individual needs and abilities of each person. Michelle.
