Many of us start our new year with good intentions and perhaps strong resolutions, but January can be a hard month to implement new behaviours. Even if we are back at work, the summer holiday vibe continues and routines can fall by the wayside.
The Find Your Flow Day Retreat will be held after the school year has commenced and daily life has returned to normal. Use the extra energy you have in summer to set up both the intentions AND the behaviours to live your best life.
Through yoga, meditation and an invigorating nature walk, you will clear your mind and energise your body. You will then learn useful tips on the role that nutrition plays in your wellbeing, from nutritional therapist, Jill Cooper. The Posture Lab workshop will enable you to design your own 15 minute home yoga program.
Finally, be guided through a wellbeing audit to identify which areas of your life you need to focus on to be living “in flow”.

Cancellations more than 4 weeks prior to event: 75% refund
Cancellations 2-4 weeks prior to event: 50% refund
Cancellations made within two weeks of the event: No refund
You may send someone in your place if you are unable to attend.
