Wellness Weekend

February 8-9, 2020

Date: Saturday February 8 to Sunday, February 9, 2020

Location: Kettering, Tasmania.

The Wellness Weekend is a non-residential retreat designed to enhance your wellbeing through yoga, meditation and connection. Take a break from your normal routine and experience a guided program of self care without having to venture far from home. In fact, you can sleep in your own bed!

Ideal for locals who can't or don't want to be away from home for an entire weekend, this retreat takes place over two separate but integrated days. This gives you the freedom to head home at the end of each day to your family, friends or fur-babies. Alternatively, those coming from further afield may choose to organise their own accommodation with local providers - ideal for those with non-yogi partners interested in exploring the region on their own during the day.

The program:

  • Morning Flow Yoga

  • Brunch on the deck

  • Nature walk and forest meditation

  • Free time to relax or explore

  • Restorative yoga

  • Dinner

  • Meditation and star gazing on the deck. Maybe devil spotting!

  • Morning Yoga and meditation

  • Lunch

  • Educational talk by Nutritional Therapist, Jill Cooper

  • Yin Yoga and meditation

  • Closing circle and reflection

You will come away feeling refreshed and relaxed, with a renewed focus on your health and wellbeing.
