Bali Yoga Retreat
June 21-26, 2026
A week of rest, reflection and connection
Give yourself a pause from the noise — a chance to slow down, breathe, and remember what it feels like to have time just for you.
The heart of the retreat
This retreat is about you. About rediscovering and reconnecting with yourself.
A week to soften the edges, slow your breath, and remember how good it feels to be in your own company again.
There will be space for both alone time and socialising with your fellow retreat-goers. This is the sort of environment where you can let your guard down and connect beyond the superficial.
You’ll move your body with kindness, eat nourishing food that feels like care, and spend long unhurried moments doing as little or as much as you want (without guilt).
Our setting will be in the non-touristy mountains of central Bali: waterfalls, rice terraces, mountain breezes, and the kind of beauty that reminds you to be still and take it all in.

What to expect

When you step into a new environment — away from the familiar routines and responsibilities — something shifts.
You become more open. More curious. More willing to try, to play, and to gently rewrite the old stories about what you can and can’t do.
Throughout the week, you’ll be guided through yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices that honour your unique body and mind — no pressure to perform, no “right” way to be.
With a balance of free time and scheduled activities, you’ll rediscover that quieter part of yourself — the one that doesn’t rush, strive, or compare.
Every activity is optional. Every moment is yours to choose.
Who this retreat is for
This retreat is for the big-hearted humans who spend most of their days caring for everyone else.
It’s for those who crave stillness — not to escape life, but to come home to themselves.
You don’t need to be flexible or experienced.
You just need to be open — to the practice, the teachings, to new experiences.
And to the possibility of feeling at ease in your own skin.
Our retreats are known for being inclusive, accessible, and welcoming for every body — especially for those who’ve ever felt out of place in the mainstream yoga world.
They are for people who worry that a yoga retreat isn't for them, because they don't have a Yoga Journal body (who does?!) or can't do a handstand (we won't be doing those!)
This is the kind of group where you will be welcome in your trackies or your non-branded leggings. (No all-white outfits required!)
We don't take ourselves seriously. You can expect as many giggles as quiet moments of inner reflection.
You will be welcomed, accepted without judgement, and warmly embraced.

What our guests said in 2025

The Santosha Bali yoga retreat exceeded all expectations and I came away with a greater sense of calm, resilience and happiness.
Dani's thoughtful planning made each session meaningful and provided a balance of yoga, meditation, Balinese activities and free time.
Dani and Lyn's gentle and wise instruction meant every session provided renewal for body and mind, and left me feeling amazing.
Julie C
Dani and Lyn took care of everything which resulted in a truly wholesome experience where all the stresses of life faded away allowing me to enjoy time for yoga, self reflection and meditation.
I gained some beautiful friendships and left a better person.

The Santosha yoga retreat in Bali was truly superb. We were led through an exceptional program by Danielle and Lyn that combined yoga practice, yoga philosophy, meditations and personal reflection, while enjoying the gorgeous surrounds and delicious meals.
Practising yoga from within the soaring bamboo arches of the yoga shala was awesome. The group excursions and local experiences allowed us to learn more about each other as well as Balinese culture.
Danielle's program was so well-balanced and intricately designed, we all flowed through it without fully realising the breadth and depth of these experiences--and how they overlapped, helping to grow our mental and physical resilience and lift our hearts. Thank you so much!
