Service Description

A slow, deep and nourishing two hour practice of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Yin yoga is a deeply nourishing practice that involves long, passive poses done on the floor. This allows us to release long-held tension, free up the joints and bring the mind into a quieter state. The overall effect is a feeling of wellbeing and peace. Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep. You rest in savasana while I lead you through a guided meditation designed to put you in a state between awake and asleep. Yoga Nidra is designed to bring you into a state of deep relaxation and has also been shown to be helpful for managing stress, anxiety and depression. Both practices are suitable for everyone. You do not need any experience to participate in this immersive class. Please note the cancellation policy for this class: No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
