Maintaining consistency in your practice is important, especially over winter as we tense up against the cold and hide indoors.
I have created a couple of videos for you to use at home.
The first video is a 15 minute "rise and shine" sequence - designed for when you first get out of bed in the morning.
The second video is a 45 minute vinyasa sequence. Take your time if you have not done a vinyasa class before, make sure to rest as you need.
Don't forget that Pose of the Month sheets are posted on this blog, so you might like to go back and refresh your technique using these notes as cheat sheets.
